This photo was public domain on flickr. I was so struck by it, I decided to post it here.

Beautiful woman. The first word that came to mind was "whimsical".

Hi Julie,

Beautiful picture. Thanks for sharing. I love the colors, the lightening, rich texture, her face, and the free flowing feel of the picture....

Exquisite. Amazing colors. She seems a little mysterious to me.

Hey, I like the new look for the blog!

This photo is gorgeous. The fabric she has draped around her seems to be the same exact fabric my bathroom curtains are made of.. you got to see them when I photographed the paperweight. I love how light dances on that kind of fabric. I've been wanting to take more photos of my curtains but haven't been able to do so due to the lack of sun. You'd think with all of this cold air and lack of sun, we'd get snow. But, NO! I am having snow envy.

Thanks Kim (about the blog look). I like the look of my 365 one so much that I decided to do the same thing, bit different here. I have a wide screen laptop and the other layout feels cramped to me.

Thanks for noticing.

I love the look of this lady too. The guy who did the photography is extremely talented. Still, this was my favorite by far.

Dalissa, I LOVE your curtains. I want to add some like that to my house. Where did you get them?

Uh-oh, now I have to admit the truth... the curtain in that bathroom is really our old shower curtain. Our windows are all very tall and I was tired of that color in our upstairs bathroom and somehow we decided to put it in our downstairs window. I think we bought it at Bed, Bath and Beyond or Linens-n-Things. I'll double check with Jeff. I think Ikea used to sell similar fabric not with the swirly Indian-looking pattern on it, though.
