Who dey? 2-0 that's who!

Carson Palmer makes it look so easy. His first TD pass to Washington bordered on ballet-esque! He leapt to the right in a lateral move, body leaning right, toes off the ground and pointed while he drilled the ball into the receiver's waiting hands. Poetry. No photo of that pass, but this one shows off Carson's ferocity.

Bengals over the Browns 34-17. Suh-weet.

I promised Dave that Carson would make an appearance on this blog, so here he is. It's a good day to be a Bengals fan! Let's hope all those injuries are minor. Crossing fingers and praying the Cincinnati rosary for sure.

Steelers next week...

Will definitely be pulling for the Bengals over the Steelers (I have to -- I'm a Cowboys fan!!!). You should considering writing a sports column -- your descriptions are great; you must have read some of George Plimpton's sports writing;-)

If this keeps up I may have to take you off my bloglines feeds until football season is over.

Go Chiefs :(

I like Carson, I had him on my fantasy team last year and I sure wish I had him on my team this year!

While your Bengals are 2-0 my poor packers are 0-2 and things are not looking up; losing to the lowly 'ain'ts they beat by some 50 points last year. geesh

Let's hope that TJ's back, Braham's knee is better and Pollack's neck injury is minor. We're going to need all of our weapons against the Steelers next week.

OK... football talk. Let's go.

The Bengals only did what they are expected to do by doubling up on the Brownies. But I wish 'em well, regardless. And I don't harbor any illusions that this is Carson's last appearance on Julie's fan-girl site! :o)

The NFL seems to be going through some dramatic separation of respect-worthy teams. I will join the chorus of moaners and groaners here lamenting my own 0-2 team (the Lions). I'm sure both Detroit and Green Bay are looking for a big lift as they spy easy pickin's for a win in next week's matchup. One will emerge sorely disappointed, and I predict that it will be the Cheez-eaters...

Now I'm hoping for the Steelers to rack up the points on the Jaguars tonight so that my f.f. opponent's defense will erode his final score enough to give me the win. The fewer Jax sacks and turnovers the better, and please God don't let them score a defensive touchdown!

Tough losses for Redskins, Lions, Chiefs and Packers. Just remember - Cincinnati fans know your pain. We were the laughing stock of the NFL for how long? It's so nice to be in the hunt again.

Ha ha fan-girl site. Has a nice ring to it though. :)

Well... crap. So much for the Steelers racking up those points!

The Wyoming Tumbleweeds join the ranks of the 0 and 2.
