I've only seen the movie - I liked it, especially the element of surprise when I realized that the film was more than a polite, charming, slightly stuffy Victorian costume drama. I think it was when the naked old men started frolicing around that I came to that realization.

It was me from the back on the photo "a room with a view" , what a surprise
But thar room had really a view
it was the old bisshop palace and that was the bisshops room
But nice to place it in connection with that great book.
