Hope you will post your thoughts. Transformation is something I can wrap my mind around a little better than bodily resurrection. Will be interested to see where this all leads you.

JulieAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00088119765077193302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9684236.post-1144628498543132092006-04-09T20:21:00.000-04:002006-04-09T20:21:00.000-04:00So Phil got the jacket, and Tiger got to do the pr...So Phil got the jacket, and Tiger got to do the presentation. Maybe next year Phil can return the favor to Tiger?

I also like how Tiger shook up things down Georgia way. Isn't Augusta CC where Fuzzy Zeller made that insulting joke about serving fried chicken in the clubhouse? What a knucklehead, but I'm sure worse jokes than that rang off those walls many times when the cameras and mikes weren't powered up.

I do watch a little golf now and then. I like the British Open just because of the funky courses - esp. St. Andrews. I don't begrudge anyone their enjoyment of the Masters with all its fastidious ways. I'm just not one to pay homage, I'm sure you understand.

Anyway, the Giants made a fantastic ninth-inning comeback to beat the Braves, so I'm pretty happy about that. And the Tigers are off to a great start, even though they lost today. I just looooooove baseball season!David Blakesleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12167200509158903679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9684236.post-1144623307169282622006-04-09T18:55:00.000-04:002006-04-09T18:55:00.000-04:00Okay, I'm giving up. But Tiger just put himself in a major tie for second with three holes left so...

I'd say he's in the hunt for sure. :)

Fun for me.

What I love is the way Tiger has decimated the "white boy club." Watching the history of the Master's is like a frat boy elite club. But then Tiger showed up and changed the face of the sport.

Bravo I say.

I'm a big Tiger fan. :)

And grew up watching golf so... love it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00088119765077193302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9684236.post-1144622560892816342006-04-09T18:42:00.000-04:002006-04-09T18:42:00.000-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00088119765077193302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9684236.post-1144622426125390192006-04-09T18:40:00.000-04:002006-04-09T18:40:00.000-04:00I've been paying more attention to the Giants game...I've been paying more attention to the Giants game on TBS than I have the Masters. I watched a bit of Masters coverage and got kind of put off by the subdued pomposity of the event. All that refined, genteel Southern Tradition, mingled with corporate sponsorship by ATT, IBM and Xerox... well I don't want to spoil anyone's enjoyment of the competitive game and the lovely scenery, but it's just not my thing. Looks like Tiger might finish a bit behind the pace though? Though I suppose one shouldn't count him out until it's all the way over...David Blakesleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12167200509158903679noreply@blogger.com
